Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

• Product is unused and unopened

• Seal is intact

• Returned within 14 days of delivery

• Item is in original packaging

Because of health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used hair styling products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

• Damaged

• Leaking

• Defective

• Incorrect item sent

Contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

• Order number

• Photo of product

• Description of issue

We will replace or refund at our discretion

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Opened styling products

• Used products

• Clearance items

• Promotional bundles

• Gift cards

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Processing time: 5–10 business days

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• Return shipping is customer responsibility unless error/damage was ours

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Please return eligible unopened items and place a new order.

Allergic Reactions / Sensitivity

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists. We cannot offer refunds for personal sensitivity or allergic reactions unless the product is proven defective.
